Steve & Karen Johnston
Steve and Karen opened All About Automotive, Inc. in October of 2000 and they made up the entire team for just under a year. Steve has been employed in the Automotive Field as a Technician since 1977. Karen began her career in the Automotive Field upon the opening of All About Automotive, Inc.
Technicians

Dave
Dave has 35 years of automotive experience, beginning very young working with his father and professionally for about 20 years. He has spent 11 years of his life as a Bull Rider, 17 years working on ranches and for the past 4 years has had his own business of raising cows and bulls. Dave is a parent of 2 boys and a grandparent of 1 girl along with his long-time girlfriend. He loves to cook and has great skills making summer sausages, jerky, fresh hamburger, and so much more. He also is involved in the production of junior and high school rodeos.

Jay
Jay has just relocated to Oregon, from Texas, where he was born and raised, to be closer to his wife’s family. He is a husband and dad of an 8 year old daughter. Jay has been in the automotive field professionally for about 2 years, but has worked on vehicles since he was 18. He is also licensed in the State of Texas as a hairdresser, with the reputation of being the best in his hometown. Jay enjoys music, working on remodeling projects and fixing things with his hands.
Interns

Toby
Toby is a 1st year student in the Ford Asset Program at Mt. Hood Community College. He will work with All About Automotive, after school while in class and will be interning at a Ford Dealership in the Idaho area, near where he lives, during his intern co-op time. He loves to work on cars, camp, ride his 4 wheeler, watch and play football and basically do anything that can be done outdoors. He also loves to spend time with his family and friends and listening to music.

Ty
Ty is a 1st year student in the Ford Asset Program at Mt. Hood Community College. He will work with All About Automotive, after school while in class and will be interning at a Ford Dealership in the Redmond area, near where he lives, during his intern co-op time. He likes to work on his 2 Mustangs and his Ford F350. He loves hot-rodding and helping friends and family with their cars. He also helps work on his family farm and loves food, camping, hiking, fishing, and cannot wait to get his 1966 Mustang running.
Service Advisors

Debbie
Debbie is our Expert Service Advisor and your contact person for service, maintenance and repairs on your vehicle. She will help guide you through the process of your vehicle inspection, testing, estimates and repairs. She can also help to advise you on the best way to maintain your vehicle for safety, reliability, longevity and value retention.
Debbie has been in the automotive field for over 25 years and loves to listen when helping customers, and to put their mind at ease. With her knowledge and experience she can explain what is going on with your vehicle and the proper repair to take care of any concerns that you have with your vehicle. In Debbie’s off time she loves to spend time with her mom and sisters, her 2 sons, their families and her 4 grandchildren. She loves to browse and shop through unique small and locally owned businesses in all the little communities that the suburbs of Portland has to offer.

Carrie
Carrie is the friendly voice that generally greets you when you call into All About Automotive. She can schedule your appointment and help you to get answers to your questions and concerns. Carrie is one of our Customer Service Experts who also assists our customers when they drop off and pickup their vehicles. She is invaluable in how she keeps our operation running smoothly with her excellent organization skills.
Carrie is a cowgirl at heart, but is content with a full house pet family of 2 dogs and 1 cat. She loves to spend her free time with her daughter, her family and her 2 granddaughters, who live locally. She also enjoys a long distance relationship with her son, his family and 3 more grandchildren ( 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson).

This year our team raised $1,200 for Brakes for Breasts. This is a fundraiser for The Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center it is for research and development of a Breast Cancer Vaccine that they are currently performing their first administering study on.
